Information displayed on [[https://explorer.helium.com/|Helium Explorer]] are not directly refreshed, it may takes time (some days) to display the real status of your Miner

* STEP 1 - Go to [[https://helium-onboarding.kerlink.com/|Self Diagnostic page]]
* Enter the Board ID of your hotspot \\

* Check following points:
* **Connectivity** more than 30 minutes ago
=> [[#2.4 Connect to Web interface|2.4 Connect to Web interface]] and control your network and power. If the problem is still present, contact your reseller.\\

* **Miner Software version**
=> If the miner software doesn’t corresponds to the one indicated in the comment then, **please wait for a day** (propagation time on all hotspots). \\
Please double check the next day before contacting your reseller.\\

* On Overview page, check following indicators:

* If **CPU < 20%** => reboot your hotspot, if problem is not solved after **1 hour**, contact your reseller support
* If **CPU = 100%** => contact your reseller support
* If **User disk = 100%** => contact your reseller support
