Bug fixes from 1.0.6

LBT not using calibration so the threshold may differ.
When changing the uplink and downlink port of lorafwd, the old firewall rules are not removed until next boot.
Class B is disabled by default on firmware 4.0.2. This hotfix (hotfix-4.0.2-fix-bad-taiclock-with-leap-second_1.0-r0_armv7ahf-neon.ipk) must be installed to enable class B.
