Troubleshoot the station

Access the log

Two types of logs are available on the gateway:

  • Public log: These logs can be access and read by the user. Public logs help the user to install and manage the end-devices fleet.
  • Internal log: These logs can be retrieve by the user but are not readable. Internal logs are for internal Kerlink debug purpose only. Once retrieved, the logs can be sent to Kerlink for analysis.

Logs can be retrieved thanks to:

  • The web interface log menu.
  • The local FTP server service.
  • The USB key service.

Factory reset

A factory reset can be ordered. This action will :

  • Remove all received frames and downstream frames.
  • Remove all logs.
  • Reset product configuration to default.
  • Remove fleet configuration.

The factory reset can be triggered thanks to:

  • The web interface Administration menu.
  • The local FTP server service.
  • The HTTP REST API.
  • The USB key service.
