FAQ - Gateway Migration from WMC 3.1 to WMC 3.2
How to migrate my gateway from WMC 3.1 to WMC 3.2?
Prerequisite: the WMC server has been migrated to 3.2 and the gateway is connected to the WMC.
Migration process:
Follow this procedure or use the magic link:
- Ask for a new OpenVPN config package to the support@kerlink.fr team and precise your WMC server URL (for instance: “wmcbeta.wanesy.com”)
- Install the new OpenVPN package on your gateway as the manner you want (USB, SCP, WMC dashboard)
- Wait a short time and check that the gateway is connected to the new WMC server
- Upgrade the gateway with a 3.2 compatible software by following the procedure described here: FAQ - Gateway Upgrade for WMC 3.2
