FAQ - Gateway Migration from WMC 3.0 to WMC 3.1

How to migrate my gateway from WMC 3.0 to WMC 3.1?

Précondition: the WMC server has been migrated to 3.1 and the gateway is connected to the WMC.

Migration process:

You can follow this procedure or use the magic link:

Ask for new OpenVPN packages (config+secrets) to the support@kerlink.fr team and precise the new WMC URL
Install the new OpenVPN packages on your gateway
Wait a short time and check that the gateway is connected to the WMC 3.1
Upgrade the gateway with a 3.1 compatible software by following the procedure described here: FAQ - Gateway Upgrade for WMC 3.1

It's important to install new OpenVPN packages v3.1 (config+secrets) in order to avoid any NTP issue
