FAQ - Gateway Migration
How to migrate my gateway from a source WMC to a target WMC ?
Prerequisite: the gateway is connected to the source WMC.
Migration process:
Follow this procedure:
- Ask for a new OpenVPN config package to the support@kerlink.fr team and precise the target WMC server URL (for instance: “wmcbeta.wanesy.com”)
- Install the new OpenVPN package on your gateway as the manner you want (USB, SCP, WMC dashboard)
- Wait a short time and check that the gateway is connected to the target WMC server
Note that a Magic link can also be used for gateway migration. Follow this link to perform this.
